Abstract

Women led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) need practical digital capabilities to compete in the platform based market. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of women MSME actors in digital branding, content promotion, AI assisted copywriting, and AI visual production. The activity was conducted by Universitas Negeri Jakarta in collaboration with Komunitas Perempuan Digdaya on June 24, 2026, involving 25 women entrepreneurs from various business sectors. The main resource person was Said Maulana, Founder & CMO at PT Kelas DiGi Kreatif, who delivered practical material on digital literacy, AI for business, chatbot utilization, AI visual workflow, copywriting, prompt engineering, and product visual editing. The method used an educative-participatory approach consisting of needs identification, material preparation, interactive training, prompt practice, content design practice, and formative evaluation of ongoing MSME marketing practices. The results showed that participants actively discussed marketing problems, practiced writing AI prompts for WhatsApp promotion and social media posters, evaluated visual consistency, and reflected on the need to combine AI outputs with human editing and brand identity. This activity indicates that practical AI and digital branding training can improve awareness, confidence, and readiness of women MSMEs to produce more consistent and attractive promotional content.
